Hello,

I am your customer with ONE YEARLY STANDART PLAN through my Google account at tugrultamturk@gmail.com. I have created a new video using a pre-made template, only to discover that there is a watermark present on the video, despite having used my paid account minutes.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
Please help me to remove these watermarks!

İf you remove watermarks and reproduce videos without using my credit, It is much appreciated…

I had the same issue. Turns out there are some avatars who are “premium” and you get the watermark. For me it was the blonde Nordic looking one. Support can remove it.
